George Fairhart

Coach Fairhart is well known as the retired head football coach at Gig Harbor and Eatonville High Schools, but for a long time he has been a well-respected throws coach guiding many athletes to state podiums. In just his first year at Gig Harbor, he mentored Jake Jennings to the 2019 state title in the javelin, then followed that up with podium finishes for Josh Felt and Lydia Ward in 2022 after the COVID pause. His expertise and steady influence in our program is highly valued!
